FN Connections is a First Nations owned and operated company founded by Leon McKay, a well-respected Okanagan Band member who has over 20 years of construction experience in British Columbia. As a gold seal superintendent, he has overseen many major projects in BC and brought them in on time and on budget with his team of trusted professionals

FN Connections strives to bring communities back together by creating collaboration with indigenous communities and indigenous forward companies to make a positive impact and difference, which in turn delivers training and professional opportunities for this generation of indigenous communities to build for the next generation.
